We will work through your pain, past activities and where your ideal market position would be. We will also review your budget capabilities, resources and any tools you may have onboarded. I will then send you an executive summary with a high-level strategic marketing guide.
Should you wish to proceed with me, we discuss & agree on an initial scope of work and marketing ecosystem plan fee. I use SmartSheets to share the project plan with line items for each activity and estimated cost, ROI expectations, milestones.

I would provide you with an additional estimate of hours per week adequate to successfully drive the marketing execution. I work through a very reasonable network of freelancers for design and execution which I am transparent about their costs and, depending on my involvement, my % fee to manage it. Some freelancers would require more time from me to guide them while others like social media execution would need minimal, my costs reflect this.
